Services SETA Participation

A number of our executive members participate actively on the Services SETA board and the Bargaining Council Sub-Chamber Board. Our first priority is to develop Bargaining Council-specific qualifications, skills programmes and learnerships for agents, secretaries and other key Bargaining Council positions.

The NABC, together with the PSCBC and the CCMA, work together as a formidable team to generate industry-specific skills development that enhances the labour relations field. The NABC would like to thank the Services SETA for its vision and commitment in assisting the labour relations industry to achieve its objectives.
